Do you believe that the safety of a single individual should be a priority for a country, even if it involves complex international negotiations?

i think we should focus on American and spend our money instead of wasting valuable money on other counties.

its not fair that they dont get that big of a penalty because they just messed with the entire future of our nation

 @9LTL7HT from Florida answered…1mo1MO

yes the safety of a single individual should be a priority

 @9LTWD2X from Virginia disagreed…1mo1MO

I do not believe it is the governments responsibility to ensure the safety of a single individual, unless it is someone such as a high ranking government official such as the president. This is why we have the second amendment, to protect ourselves, individually.

I feel that you should always have protection for special people because some people are very valuable to try to keep them protected.

I think it's a top priority. However for example giving iran 8 billion dollars was a huge mistake, they took advantage of us, and now our country is in great danger

How important do you think it is for leaders, like the President, to show personal involvement in the rescue of citizens from dangerous situations?

 @9LT5FZ2 from Hawaii answered…1mo1MO

Very important. Too bad Joe Biden didn't visit the victims of East Palestine, Ohio.

 @9LT3GNH from Colorado answered…1mo1MO

It’s only a photo op for votes. If they really cared, they would’ve gone to Palestine, OH after the train derailment or to Maui after the fires

 @ISIDEWITHasked…1mo1MO

How would you feel if someone in your family was taken and then safely returned after a dangerous situation?

It's heartening to see President Biden taking such a personal interest in Abigail's story, truly embodying compassionate leadership and the power of diplomacy.
