Federal over reach for sure. Local Governments should be able to raid the federal government for corruption though.

Depends on the reason of such actions, but considering is FBI i believe is quite a concern of use of power, if i had powers I'll use whatever i have to fulfill my scopes as i believe they're quite factually corect.

Yes because it shows they investigate corruption. It depends on what he did though.
